PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

What is the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3?

Level 1 — Foundations (8 Weeks)
Mindset, clarity, discipline, foundational technical refinement, basic leadership.

Level 2 — Advanced Mastery (12 Weeks)
Deep technical refinement, decision-making, OT leadership, emotional stability.

Level 3 — Elite Fellowship (6–12 Months)
Identity transformation, legacy building, advanced video analysis, long-term mentorship.

Can I directly join Level 2 or Level 3?

Direct entry to Level 2 may be possible if you meet the experience criteria.
Level 3 is invitation-only after evaluation.

Applying will help us assess the right fit.

How much time do I need to commit?

Most surgeons require:

* 60–90 minutes per week for sessions
* Minimal reflective and practice time during the week
* Case reviews when applicable

What tools do I get?

COACHING EXPERIENCE

Do I have to share my surgical videos?

Not required for Level 1.
Optional but highly beneficial in Level 2.
Strongly recommended in Level 3 for mastery-level refinement.

Will my case information remain confidential?

Yes.
All discussions, submissions, and video reviews remain strictly confidential, handled only by Dr. Brijesh and authorised team (if any).

FEES & PAYMENTS

What is the fee structure?

Fees vary by programme level and format (group vs 1:1). Exact fee details are shared after your application is reviewed.

Do you offer EMI or instalment options?

Yes, depending on the programme tier and payment partner.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the high-value, limited-seat nature of the programmes, fees are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

I am already a senior surgeon. Will this help me?

I’m a resident. Can I join Level 1?

Yes. Level 1 is extremely beneficial for residents and early-career surgeons.
